  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–15 business days, depending on the delivery location.
  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
  • Any promotional or discounted shipping offers are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Order Tracking

6. Delivery Address and Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate.
  • Engineers India Research Institute is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal by the customer, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
  • Any issues related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
  • Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.
  • Supporting photographs and order details may be required for verification.

8. Undelivered or Lost Shipments

  • In the event of a lost shipment confirmed by the courier, we will coordinate with the logistics partner to resolve the issue.
  • Any resolution (replacement or refund, if applicable) will be processed only after confirmation from the courier partner.

9. No Shipping for Digital Products

  • Project Reports, E-Books, and Consultancy services are digital products and do not require physical shipping.
  • No shipping charges apply to digital products.

10. Changes to Shipping Policy
